Nah, just do a Google search for favicon and you'll find a bunch of pages on how to do it. Then I did a Google image search to find the logo I wanted and plugged it in. It's all free.

I made a little icon, but I can't figure out how to use it.

You have to upload the icon to a server or something. Then you put at the top of your template:

"link rel="shortcut icon" href="[insert the URL of the icon]"

And you have to have < at the beginning and > at the end.
